I always had lovely service here until Wed 24/08. All the staff there are very friendly, not this time. I greeted and asked the woman how she was. No answer friendly greeting, no smile just a blank stare. I ordered and asked her to cut two rolls for me, just as I do every other time. No answer. She paused and turned and cut them in half instead of several slices, as they always do, usually with a smile. She said she doesn’t usually cut rolls when she is on her own. Only one other customer approached the counter just as she’d finished. There was no line, one customer still deciding. Their EFTPOS machine didn’t work and she told me again she’s on her own. I said if it’s too much trouble I’ll go some else. By the time she complained and lost customers she could have made two quick cuts. I know everyone has bad days but she was just plain rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame, I went there regularly and bought platters too.
If you like sushi, go here!! They have a great variety of flavours and friendly service.
I got the Teriyaki chicken and rice.. it was amazing. The best i have ever had, it was fresh and the price was pretty good. Staff were patient and helpful. I buy there all the time :
Friendly staff and good food. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento with tempura vegetables. The portion size was very generous and the food was cooked well.
Online order placed 3 hours before pick up time. At pick up was told they were "too busy to look at online orders". Waiting on refund. Calls to head office not returned. had to call repeatedly before being able to speak to someone. Will not use again
The Sushi was fresh. Price reasonable about 12 dollars

Great food and polite and friendly staff.
I got some sushi it was good and the staff was friendly
