I became a take away fan of this place since I discovered during the lockdown and the true is that they never have let me down. I love their party platter as I can share and taste a bit of everything with my friends, their hand rolls and the poke bowls also are on the top of my favourites!. I don’t know why this has gotten so many positive reviews. I ordered it online and it was awful. Sushi didn’t seem fresh and the shrimp tempura was soggy and cold. It definitely had been made well in advance of my order. I will not order from them again.
Ordered food, half of it arrived it’s not exactly cheap- so really not impressed when only half your order arrives. Try to contact someone but you clearly have no communication skills as no numbers seem to work and the sushi we did order was clearly made earlier in the day or yesterday. Not fresh! We have ordered from you several times and always really happy but won’t be ordering again after today’s experience.

Ordered online for the second time and really not impressed. The first time I had the feeling the salmon was already a bit old. Tonight the rice had some very hard corns and it felt they have mixed some older dry rice with more fresh rice. Did not enjoy at all, which is a shame due to the price and because it was my weekly treat!
It has become a rule for me to order almost once a week from here, I am obsessed with the large sushi platter, the presentation and quality is great I can't wait to order again
