We came from Wellington for holiday and found this lovely Japanese restaurant. Their food is amazing! Full of flavour. I feel like they are better than most Japanese place in Wellington. We'll definitely be back if we visit new plymouth again. Big thank you to their lovely staff and chef. You made my last day of the trip.
My favourite sushi in New Plymouth so far. Staff are always friendly, prices are well reflected in the value and quality and always a good range at lunch times.
To be frank, the quality is below average. Multiple aspects could be improved, e.g. chopsticks are over-used and shall be replaced with new ones, tempura is not crispy, etc.
Love it because it felt authentic, taste good too! Authenticity of Japanese is the way to go, keep it up!

For New Plymouth, the Japanese food was pretty good. Miso tonkotsu ramen was great, the chicken namban was okay, and the sushi not too bad, although priced a tad bit expensive.
