Update: shop was not closed on 16/7/21 Have been to this shop for a few years now. Quality is consistent and prices are pretty reasonable forJapanese food. They put more meat than rice in their popular rolls. Rice are cooked and seasoned perfectly. Try Salmon and Avocado Rolls with brown rice or California Rolls. Seafood salad or salmon salad are fresh and healthy. Assorted sashimi is nicely presented. Bought takeaways and put in fridge overnight. Next day rice was still pretty soft. After 4 pm they might offer discount. Customer service? Just buy and leave.

Good sushi place for a quick and cheap feed. Good portions, good prices and good service. They got my order wrong and I took it back, they were happy to change it straight away without a fuss.

I’ve been here several times. They are located on the top floor food court. Sushi is always fresh and delicious. However, during busy time the staff seems rushing the customers to order quickly. Sometimes they have specials too during closing hours. My favourites: sushi sandwich, tempura roll, seaweed and tuna inari.

This is probably my favourite sushi chain & I frequent it weekly. .......I love the variety, well made rolls that do not fall apart and the amount of filling to rice ratio....... Although all the outlets have a great amount of offering. ......You can also take your own condiments which is handy as you can choose what and how much you want...... Its always busy especially the store at the galleries and you can see the workers making sushi constantly so its good to know its fresh!.. Always fresh and delicious.... Easy for a quick lunch...... Also ordered their catering boxes to bring to parties. Easy and convenient! The sushi was very fresh and delicious, the seaweed was still crunchy on the maki roll. It's a good option if you are in a rush and want some sushi quickly....... The prices could be a little cheaper though. There were lots of variety to pick from and it is given to you in a convenient package to carry.......

Whoever managed the lines today was not the best. I was looking at the choices on the right side and I moved to line up properly usually on the left side and she ended up serving someone on the right side who had come after me. I was thinking, oh my bad, maybe I had to line up on the right side if I wanted to order from there. So, I move similarly to where the other customer was standing, she glimpses at me and starts serving other people on the other side. At this point, she had served 2 people who was supposedly behind me, I had no idea where I have to line up at this point and eventually just left. Usually when someone isn’t in the right line, a staff member directs them where to line up. Honestly disappointed with the inefficiency and lack of organisation.

Second time I've been back to order Tuna and Avocado roll ,I let it go the first time but now I know they are getting so stingy with the avocado, barely any on the roll..It's a rip off now and you have now lost a customer for life.Good way to run your business.

My daughter was happy that the soya sauce was less flavourful nd I have just seen the colour looks lighter

It was the worst experience. Westpoint Blacktown sushi hub workers level three, need to be more polite to their customers and not just throw the soy in the box and to push it towards you as of its a rubbish box…. Which shows their unprofessional attitude for unknown reason towards their customers. You need to train your employees to be more polite and more patient. Especially the lady with fade hair cut. just to be clear there was no argument between myself and the worker, no issues, nothing at all. She was rushing me which felt very very stressed and forgot what I wanted. Asked for extra soy sauce i got the anger look. I was even scared to ask for a bag. It not my first time experiencing this I think its my fourth time. I get that people or workers are undergoing through maybe hard time. But please remind your self to not hurt others as they are also experiencing hardships in their life. I will never buy sushi again from there as i felt very down , especially when you have glossophobia. Stay safe everyone :

My sister, who loves sushi got a prawn tempura sushi. She started eating the last prawn sushi and they did not clean the prawn properly. The digestion/poop tube was still there. Went to go talk about it didn't even give us a refund. I had the salmon box, it was yummy!l watch out when you eat sushi
