Delicious fresh sushi. Am a vegetarian and lots to choose from. My fav the plain inari. Nice new Sushi outlet opposite K-Mart.
I bought a platter from Sushi Hub Southland near kmart and they charged me $200 instead of $100. I called them and asked them to fix this. I provided my bank statement. They said they would call me back. They never did. I called a few times. Every time, I had to explain the situation again. They were so unhelpful and wasted so much of my time when it was their mistake. The manager then said it would take their accountant a week or two to figure out if I had actually been double charged. Finally, I had to call their head office. Then, they fixed it. Mistakes happen. I would have been fine if they had tried to help me quickly. Be careful with eft there. They will not help you if they make a mistake. Show less
Purchased 5 rolls of sushi & asked for some soya sauce. The lady nodded & put some in .. only when I got home I realised this was a farce as none were in there. Even though I don’t know of any other sushi place that don’t offer soya sauce, if she were honest with me I would have been prepared to pay for them
They have one of the best presentation among all shopping centre. This one is special though as they have a sushi train. The food was good and service wasn’t bad. They are also on entertainment book which you can get 25% off. Overall had a good experience and would come back again.

This would be THE only sushi shop to not include soya sauce with the sushi hand rolls !!! Purchased 8 rolls, hungry kids, no soya sauce ! PATHETIC
I work across from sushi hub and always get the freshest sushi from them!!! Loveeeeeeeeeeeee the quality of the food for a take away place! Friendly staff and always helpful!
Best sushi near the cinema,but I was served by a short girl who wear a black face mask,she was rude and served me with a poker face,I think she really need more training on manners .Terrible experience
Worst service I ever have, two ladies serve at front, the one helped us with a poker face, no interaction at all. I asked the question as how to store the sushi if we cannot finish today. She just shake head without checking. Some staff just work behind with preparing the sushi, I don’t think they have no idea how to keep the sushi overnight, I asked again as “ do we need to put into fridge or just leave them at room temperature”, the lady said we all busy with a shrug. Even I personally find a staff working behind to double check the answer, the staff also too busy to answer my question properly. Poker face with unprofessional service, I cannot believe this should be existed in a good running retail shop. I reviewed your google reviews and noted many customers complain your service but agree with the food taste. Feel sad to say bye to this sushi shop, make us upset.
Favourite sushi place! I always get the avocado brown rice which they make fresh for me and the quality is consistently amazing. The avocado is always so fresh as opposed to other sushi places I’ve tried and they’re always so generous with the amount they give. Keep in mind it is a little pricier than some other places but the quality and size of their sushi keeps me coming back
