Sushi Hotaru

One of my favourite places for sushi in Melbourne. Sushi train with bar stool area to sit or booths for groups of 4+. Always a bit of a line but they now take bookings for weeknights. Heaps of variety, reasonable pricing and you can order on demand or take plates. Highly recommend.

Quite disappointed on my last visit here to find the portion of the sushi is so small compared last year .. it used to be cheaper sushi and worth the queue but now plenty other sushi places with good quality and better seating place and atmosphere worth the slightly higher price

We discovered this sushi train restaurant lately. And I loved it ! I like their system of ordering. The service was quick and friendly. Decent food and reasonable price. Highly recommended and we definitely will go back regularly.

Was one of my favourite sushi train restaurants. Cheap and yum. Often have long queue during dinner time. Hope the quality and variety of sushi can be kept after the outbreak.

Portions were a little smaller than most places but worth the wait in line to get in.

So many new dishes to try, if you miss something from the train you can order it at you table on an iPad, very fancy

Have been here many times. It is the first restaurant we want to go after the lockdown. Feeling lucky it is not shut down like a lot others because of the COVID-19.
