Looking at the previous comments I didn’t have high hopes but my friend brought me here so might as well give it a shot. Quite a variety of options, and a lot of items you can just take off the conveyor belt. The stuff we ordered came orderly , only thing would slightly criticize is they seem to limit the sashimi options to 2 orders per person? But otherwise really full with the options they offered and quality was generally good, service was good as well.
2nd time here. Came when they first opened. It was good. But friends came here after my recommendation but I guess they went on a bad day as there weren't any food and service was slow and orders didn't come. So I went back again given the benefits of doubt, it was as good as we went the first time. Both the waitress and waiter that served us were very nice and friendly. Food came out fast and were good. Would definitely go back for 3rd round
I was there for the All you can eat dinner. Was a Sunday night. Overall Value is good if you can eat or know how to eat ha, but the shop cleanliness and services can be improved. :nnVery long story short:nn1. I recommend to book in advance and ask for front seats. If you are alone or only two people, they don’t want to give you a sofa cubical. I needed to asked twice to eventually get a good one see belownn2. The shop was not clean, even though it’s only half a year old. Flies around, especially in the back area table 7 which is next to the cleaning area. You can see marks on chairs and grease on the sushi train signs. Flies visit your table every now and then. nn3. You can hear the staff’s giggles and gossips. I heard them screaming ’stop!~~~’ at the front when I make new orders to the system. not a great feeling. when you open All you can eat business, please do expect people to eat. nnService was just okay. At least they try to be polite in front of you, but gossip behind customer’s back should never happen at front of the house hospo 101. A young Asian girl was good.nnBetween 18:30 and 19:00 it was a bit quiet, but no one was doing cleaning, most of the staff and managers just chat in the kitchen. nnAgain, great value if you can eat or know how to eat. :
Booked 3 days in advance for the all you can eat and made a reservation for 7.00pm. Waitresses were friendly and helpful. We were told that we have 1.5 hours to finish our meal. However, at 7.40pm, we were told that the kitchen would close at 8.00pm. We were under the impression that we would be allowed to order all throughout our allocated time up until 9.00pm. So we ended up having to rush placing our orders before 8.00pm instead of pacing ourselves throughout. By 7.40pm they had already run out of sashimi, which was disappointing. Dessert ran out really quickly as well.nnFood-wise overall it was ok. The rolls were good and so was the chicken karaage. We were quite disappointed with the quality of a few dishes, namely those which were not prepared fresh e.g. miso soup, tempura prawns. There were also very limited options on the sushi train.nnOverall still felt we did get value for money and paid less than what we would have if we ordered everything we had ala carte. Food wasn’t great but met our expectations for this restaurant, and is proportionate to the price we were charged. But because variety and quality was average, we would not come back.
We booked for 5pm and were so impressed at the variety and taste of the dishes. The place was clean, staff friendly and it was great value with deserts being included in the all you can eat option. The only thing I would recommend is to have a drinks menu. Other than that.... you have to go!
