Not that much variety. Taste was quite plain. Customer service was OK but not that good. Only thing I found decent was the strawberry mochi. Overall, 5/10, wouldn't really recommend

First time here. Asked for vegan options, friendly girl was very helpful and advised which items in menu I can consider. Bought vegan sushi rolls and tofu salad. Was made fresh and delicious! Definitely will be back and will recommend my vegan friends!

Hands down best Sushi in Sutherland Shire. Good serving sizes, friendly staff, and good atmosphere. Temporarily closed due to covid, but am eagerly awaiting their re-opening!

Sushi Dragon is very consistent in their quality and very fairly priced compared to other sushi trains. The staff are always friendly with a smile and the customer service is always adequate. Although they can be busy at times the wait never seems to be overally long at all. Recommend eating here if you like good quailty sushi!

Sushi is good and fresh . Gone many times but at times service is lacking and wait time is long and had to cancel my on special fried chicken dish as two chefs were sitting on break while the other were busy and complaining they busy , not complaining place is good but to be good good : need to keep it 100% tight Lovely sushi just get the service and chefs not under the pump as there is so much one can do while other staff sit and watch , Kids love it , will always return just dont slip anymore and keep the service tight Thanks for the beautiful flavours :

Fresh, tasty and friendly. I walked in and put through quite a large order without any notice, they were so accommodating, and the food, especially the sauces were delicious.

Tuna was bitter, tasted disgusting , had one bite, couldn’t eat it, was warm like it had been sitting on train all day. Waitress was there in body but her mind was somewhere else.  Manger happily charged me $4.10 for the one slice of sushi we tired that caused us to get up and leave due to the foul taste.  What business charges a customer for food they found issues with leaving 99% of it on the plate?  I will never eat at any of  Gymea’s sushi shops, they are substandard.  Best to go to Cronulla or Sutherland and eat at the original Sushi Train franchise, at least their food is fresh.

While the food is usually very good the service I received when I last went in was very poor. I was left waiting 45 minutes for my takeaway order of 3 sushi dishes while the person who ordered who had a large order after me was served first.  I was told this was because my order was more complicated and therefore would take longer to make, however when I finally got my order my food was completely cold and had obviously come off the sushi train.  I usually love this restaurant but I won’t be coming back for a while.
