The food was awesome, far too good to rush! We loved the variety, especially the salmon dishes! I loved the sushi train and the thrill of the chase whenever we spotted something we just had to try, or have one more of! It was very interesting to observe the staff on the job. They worked with each other very well, but could have interacted a little bit more with their customers.
Staff were very polite & attentive. Food was delicious. Some of the food did look like it had been doing the rounds on the time for quite some time but it was good to know that you can order anything on the train to be cooked/made fresh. I was so full by tha time we left I almost needed the train to get me back to the car!! Pricing was very good too!! Definitely a return customer :
My husband and I frequent Sushi Bay at Glendale all the time. The store is clean and welcoming, the staff are always well groomed and friendly, and the food is delicious and beautifully presented. If I were able to I would give them more than 5 stars!
This restaurant shuts at 9:30, my friend and I went to the restaurant at 8:40. At 9:00 the sever came up to us and said we shut in half an hour so taking last orders, which was odd but we placed our last orders. We were the only two left in the restaurant and they were all laughing and speaking their language which we could be wrong but felt as if they were talking about us and laughing and made us feel very uncomfortable. They started to pack up and fill up the condiments at our table as we were still eating, very aggressive and pretty much pushing us away to fill things up. We felt extremely rushed to get out of the store and I will definitely think twice about going back! Such a shame this sushi train has always been my favourite, but that was a horrible experience.
My partner and I are so in love with this place. Big variety of sushi, rolls and other Japanese dishes. Taste incredible. Fresh and juicy. Plenty of space for big company or family!
Great sushi restaurant in the Glendale Stockland Super Center. There is always spare seats so you can get in and out pretty quickly. The food is fresh and very tastey. The guys will cook up anything on the menu for you. They have a good range of drinks and even some deserts. Drop in and try a selection of different meals. .
The worst experience we have encountered. Only interested in making the Seaford aspect of sushi. We asked for spring rolls but instead put down prawns and waited 10 mins and still no spring rolls but plenty of seafood we had items from the Sushi train which was cold and a very poor variety to choose from.
I loooove this place, prices are exactly what you'd expect not expensive, but not a bargain either but the food is consistently great, and they will cook things for you specifically if you ask. The one time my order messed up out of many, many visits, i was given a drink as apologies. An outstanding team!
The sushi was far too expensive for what you get. For the price of four small pieces you could get a box from the sushi place next to Woolworths. The sushi itself was not very good either and they used far too much mayonnaise to mask the blandness. Some plates that had a few small pieces had easily two tablespoons of mayonnaise underneath, with more smeared over the top.
Best sushimi and chitos around. So fresh and delicious. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are really nice here too.
