Always nice fresh food and excellent service. Even if you order out of normal course sequence they will serve in the correct order. Very good! Lovely food and we recommend the plum wine to go with it.

Enjoyable and enjoyable sushi train. Great location with consistent dish quality. We enjoyed a great lunch serve, with no dishes being a let down. I'm not a sushi expert, however i don't think you would be disappointed.

This place has an amazing vibe, fantastic and very considerate staff. The selection of sake is out of this world, I would say the most extensive range to be seen and sampled in Hobart. Turn up!

We finally got in!! Always super busy and I'll tell u why- Because it is AWESOME!! My kids loved it, we loved it and we all ate and ate. We didn't think the cost too high as we ate our way around Japan. Forget Fish Frenzy, when in Hobart, come to Sushi Track!! TOOT TOOT!

Love that place. Delicious variety, super fresh and friendly. Hot saki, waterfront and big windows. Kid friendly. Delightful staff. Great vibe.

Never had wasabi injected onto my plate before. Food was good, but fair bit slower than a regular sushi train. More like a sushi bus.

If this is the best sushi in town.. let's try another town

Beautiful sushi but Udon noodle was a let down as the soup broth was luke warm instead of hot. Will be back for sushi.
