Surrounding Australia

Purchased two sets of Muuto Dots from Surrounding Australia online after receiving the recommendation from our Interior Designer. The dots are used as both a handy hallway coat/hat stand, as well as adding a funky sense of colour and style to an otherwise boring space in our home. They look fantastic. Although we initially couldn't receive the colours in the quantity we were after, the customer service team at Surrounding Australia kindly (and quickly) suggested an alternative solution and the dots were then delivered from promptly. Numerous members of my family have now also made the same purchase based on our recommendation :)

I purchased my beautiful Plumen pendants from Surrounding and even though the product I chose was not available for quite some time due to supplier issues, the staff there always kept me well informed and offered alternatives if I wished to changed products. Very happy with their professional customer service and LOVE all the products on their site.

Great products and excellent customer service! We ordered Muuto chairs from Surrounding and a couple arrived damaged from the manufacturer. After notifying Surrounding of the damage, replacement chairs were arranged immediately and the damaged chairs were repaired allowing us to use them until the new ones arrived. Thank you so much!
