All I can say is WOW!nI have been waiting for a new restaurant to open up in Illawong, and when you popped up, I was ready to try it!nWalked in without a booking, and they were happy to seat us straight away even though it was a tad busy.nOrdered from the menu now this menu has a lot of options . Plus, we ordered cocktails on top of that as well.nOur meals and cocktails came out pretty fast, and I would have to say that I could not fault anything.nThe food was delicious and so were the drinks. We were so impressed with everything from start to finish, including the customer service, we decided to go back again this weekend with friends.nCan't wait to try more food from the menu.nPhotos - Steak with lobster & lamb
The chef/ owner and the young waiter are very welcoming and the extensive menu offers a variety of quality cuisine. We have been coming here on a weekly basis for over 5 months and have enjoyed the excellent food on offer. The prices are reasonable for the quality and service provided and it is a joy that Illawong has a restaurant providing an outstanding varied menu of predominantly Australian produce.
We were hunting for food around Illawong as we came here to rent our camping stuff. Found this opens on the 24th of Dec. Quite positive review as well so we decided to give it a try.nnEnvironment 5/5nLoves this quiet neighbourhood, there’s a coles nearby and a few more restaurants. But this is located facing the main road, not many cars passing by and it’s a quiet and lovely place to chill.nnService 5/5nStaff is attentive and helpful. They are very friendly as well and make sure we are well served.nnCoffee 4/5nNot too bad, this is not a cafe, but more of a bistro, so I wouldn’t expect fantastic coffee, but this is quite good already.nnGarlic bread 5/5nCome on, 4 pieces are not enough! Bread is soft, the butter is thick and generous enough.nnRisotto 3.5/5nThis is with pumpkin and mushroom, so we added chicken, just that we didn’t expect to be skewers, we thought it will be cooked together with the risotto. That’s a miss there. Overall, taste is flavourful and the aroma is nice.nnSirloin 4.5/5nEverything is nearly perfect, just that I have ordered medium rare but it came medium. Still not too bad. The salad is nice, plating is nice, the mushroom sauce blend well with the beef as medium turns to be a bit dry, mushroom sauce is a good help.nnRecommended dishn- sirloinn- garlic breadnnWill I come back again? 3.5/5nLikely, if I’m around this area, why not.
Loved every aspect of this restaurant. Service was amazing, food was great and creative. Expect modern and creative takes on traditional Mediterranean dishes that work so well together. Definitely will be back!
Quality, Quantity and Service.Was worth the long drive to this hidden gem. Our host made sure our experience was 5 star. One of the finest middle eastern food in Sydney and a range of delicious moctails. Will have to come again soon.
