Definitely my go to grocery store when I visit area. I love the branded Jaggery as it’s soft and comes without a ton of grit or sand inside like other brands. They commit to sourcing great Gujarati snacks from India. While it took me many requests to get gluten free Hing in they now officially stock it which is great for a chef like myself. I would love to see more healthy vegan brands coming in from India. Great selection of organic grains and lentils. Staff is helpful and their rewards program is a great incentive.
Love going there every time. The owner is the best. He knows what retail business is. As soon as he see a customer standing confused, he sense it and approach for help. The lady at cash is so polite and will help you no matter how busy it is. A young lady brought me something which wasn’t out there for display within minutes and with a broad smile on her face. The produce guy also helped me every time I went there. I wish you guys had a location in my area. So far best Indian grocery store in terms of reasonable prices and good customer service which you don’t often get in an Indian store lol.
The owners are wonderful and super helpful and make every effort to make sure you have what you need. It's really hard work being a small business owner but when they show up with grace and enthusiasm it's wonderful. l love shopping there because it is so close to home for me and I love supporting local and when the service is good you feel even more happy to shop there.
I moved to Melbourne from India in February and of course immediately looked for an Indian grocer. I am lucky to have found Surabhi. Sushma is super helpful and friendly and she goes out of her way to get me my weekly groceries. Highly recommended!
The people that run the store are just as important as the store itself. Wonderfully welcoming owner and staff. Everywhere I go, the welcomes and willingness to help are top notch. Best Indian store!
Store is newly renovated all d Indian items r available easily ND the prices r cheap comparatively.they also keep veggies so u don't have to go anywhere else to buy it...!!!
Nice store and great people. Fresh produce is little expensive but walkable distance its super fresh always. I like this store. The owner is really nice.
Good Service. Kalyan Sir did a door delivery during the Festivals in August. Although late night, he deliverd it at my home with no delivery cost. They give Quality products. Sushma Madam is a wonderful and a very helpful lady. She was very apt in packing and sending the items as per the list sent through whatsapp.
Wonderful Service provided by Kalyan and Shushma Garu. They have all the Indian items. They also did a door delivery during the Festivals. Thank them for all the timely help and service.
Good grocery and vegetables shop, many Indian variety. Utensils and God Pooja stuff are available. Price is ok ok. If you are looking Indian stuff then must visit Many Indian shops and restaurant are available nearby.
