Overall food was decent and portion was acceptable. The shredded eel was the crowd favourite. Deep fried eel coated with a sweet tangy sauce. Really delicious. My other favourite was the steamed chicken. It tasted like mum’s cooking and the presentation was aesthetic! The king prawn claypot and black pepper beef had great flavours too. Their dishes range from $40~$70 which could be steep but the quality was there.
Fantastic food and atmosphere. Portions are generous and they were able to accommodate food allergies very well. Service is excellent every time. Our waiter tonight sorry I don’t know his name was especially good - he was so friendly and helpful and recommended us dishes to suit our food allergies.
Authentic Cantonese restaurants are hard to come by and Supreme J ticks most of the boxes. The dishes celebrate the food’s original flavor without the use of heavy seasoning. The roast duck and pork are delightful when it’s fresh out of the oven. I recommend the cordycep steamed chicken but the only problem with that dish is the splinters from the chopped pieces. Eat slowly.
This place used to be great, but recent visits have been mediocre. The food, once a highlight, was lackluster and poorly prepared. It seems that the restaurant's standards have declined, possibly due to being overwhelmed by increased business.
Highly recommended!nI love the food in this restaurant !!! The staff are so nice to us. Must try the lobster!
