I've always been a bit intimidated around gym bunnies and supplement shops, not anymore.  The team at Supplements Direct are the best in the business, because they LIVE fitness and have beautiful sculpted physiques themselves. That being said, ask away, because they WILL tell you exactly how to get there, and hook you up with the tools to do it.  If you want to join the coolest gym in Northland then walk a few feet up to Pumping Iron Gym. This is no cookie cutter gym. You'll be motivated by people with great results all around you. Paul and Teish own both facilities, that's why they rock! Great prices too. Locals know......  When you shop at Supplements Direct, you get far more then a high quality and well priced product, you get invaluable advice from industry professionals.  I'll never shop anywhere else. Best place to get supplements in NZ. Paul put me on to the Ronnie Coleman Signature range pre-workout and protein in early 2016. Helped me fuel up and smash 8 World Records, numerous more NZ Records and win Overall National titles in 2 different powerlifting organizations, along with the overall NZ division of the GPC Tri-Nations PushPull. Don't muck around, talk to Paul and get your supplements sorted.

What a great place and so much in stock. Paul and Teish have been very helpful in advising which products to use and the thing I appreciate the most is that they do not try sell you the most expensive items in the shop, they sell you the items that you need to help either your pre or post work out.
