Terrible service once deposit paid. A lot of things mis measured so was delayed by months. installer was nice but was clueless. Had to help put the curtain rail up as he couldn’t work it out. Damaged walls, used wrong screws. Just avoid no matter how good the price.
My experience with Supershades was a very positive one. I had Matt McCamey come to my unit for a measure and quote for four custom made flyscreens. Matt was punctual and polite and offered some useful suggestions regarding colour and installation. All my calls, texts and emails received a response and the flyscreens arrived on time and clearly labelled . I would not hesitate to use Matt and Supershades again in the future. Job well done. Supershades quoted to put up 4 blinds and 2 doors in my enclosed back veranda on 8 November 2018, reassuring me that this would be done “well before Christmas”. I cancelled quotes from other blind companies based on this although several had said they could complete before Xmas as well. Waiting for the blinds to be installed, left the area open to the elements my builder was present during the visit and confirmed what was said. Unfortunately, I had paid a substantial deposit so had nowhere else to go. I won’t go through the details of the prolonged and painful saga involved but suffice to say that despite multiple telephone calls, text messages and emails the latter usually not answered, nothing was done before Christmas and in fact, three of the blinds were only installed late January 2019 two the wrong way around and without the cranks to allow them to be opened and closed. Finally, in February 2019, I was told that they could install one door but not the other the lady on the phone had no idea why this would be! I said that I didn’t want one door not matching the other. And of course, I never heard from them again. Luckily, I have found another company who has completed the worked quickly and efficiently. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY
I was hoping that these guys had finally gone out of business but they have just made it even harder to chase them up by going online only. Take my advice & don't go near them. Wish I had taken them to Fair Trading. I'm convinced that any positive reviews here are fake.
Worst and I mean the worst possible experience from a Company or Business I have ever received, do your self a favour and do not use this company they do not understand concept of a deadline or delivery as stated. One star because you cannot choose zero.
Do not use these guys, seriously unreliable and cant even get their initial measurements correctly, I used them 10 years ago and they were great and when those blinds needed replacing it has been a disaster ever since
Appalling customer service !!! Tried twice and unfortunately got the same extremely rude and unhelpful phone sales women who was rude, condescending and unhelpful! Would never use this business!!!
Very good prompt service with the job finished on time. Would definitley recommend to others.
