Used to be fine but phoned and gave measurements for simple excavator bucket pins which they said they'd ring me back in an hour,  full day went by no call so went in there bloke who took my details on the phone gave me blank expression and took details all over again, again said he'd ring me in an hour, full day later no call, rang again bloke says "oh yeah you're the bloke who wants the excavator pins aren't you? I'll make some calls and I'll ring you Monday.  Needless to say Taking business anywhere but there. Hard hard work.

Brilliant service.This company went the extra mile.I made a mistake with my order,yet they never charged me for the mistake I made,they just cut up the correct order .Cant believe that not only were they $125 cheaper than any other supplier,but they didn’t charge me for the mistake I had made.Great service at front office,exceptional service in their factory.I know who I will be using for all my steel needs.True professinals.

Have become rather exy lately as a cutting charge has gone from .52 in Novermber 2016 to $2.50 July 2017.  Gee I wish my wages could go up with that inflation margin.  They are pricing themselves out of the game.

Great place to buy all sorts of steel products...  great range of pipes, tubing, flat bars etc..  Staff are always friendly and helpful.  Highly recommended.
