I have used Superior Locksmiths twice this year (August and October) and both times I have found their level of service and price excellent.   
On both jobs they were able to do the work at short notice.  They came out and quoted on the jobs (unlike other locksmiths who would only give me a over-the-phone estimate) and they offered some good solutions (that were cheaper) on how to deal with our security issues.

Great communication, easy to deal with and each time I have been really happy with their work.  I will definitely use them again for any future jobs.

Great customer service and kind people. The lock mechanism in my car was broken and they took the time to take it apart and see what was wrong. Gave me great advice to get it fixed at a low cost and cut a new key for me so I could open my door!

This place has been my worst retail experience in Auckland the Maori employee "stole" my change ( I would say this is regular as they seem practised at it)the obese manger (in the picture)also seems to be in on it if they are locksmiths and you have had them into replace your locks I would make sure you have a police or monitored alarm as they look they might come back to do abit of "shopping" at a later stage .Do not got near this place other people run a business properly .
