The Superdraft process of detailed quote, site visit and first drafts really worked well for us in designing extensions to our home.  The pricing was open and explicit, the adjustments for local factors reduced our overall costs, and the final charge was less than we expected.  The designer who did the site visit was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  His drawings were produced in a timely and precise manner.  The quality of the drawings is excellent, and they met council requirements very well, even in the first draft. Relatively small changes were necessary for final approval.  We would use Superdraft again for another project.

Mark is a very courteous and professional person. He is always aware of what stage each project is at. If we need to discuss something urgently about a particular job, he always has answers and solutions "on the fly" which is admirable due to the huge volume of work his company undertakes.

I would recommend Mark for anything that requires strong interpersonal skills between fellow professionals and clients, project management and any Architectural problem solving tasks.

This service worked really well for me and I would not hesitate in recommending Superdraft to friends. Right from the start it was made clear  of the process around getting the plans drawn up and it worked seamlessly. I did not have a clue where to find a draftsperson so was pleasantly surprised when I discovered Superdraft. Matt did a great job with the plans , was friendly and explained everything in detail. We engaged Superdraft for our home extension project. As first-time owner builders, we found Superdraft were careful to explain the process with us, and patiently answered all of our questions. Matt Harvey was able to come up with significant design features that we would not have thought of by ourselves, and these features will greatly enhance our enjoyment of the space we are going to renovate.
