Great friendly staff, I posted this review sometime ago, since then they got flooded and were not open for 6 months till they move to their new location across the road and higher.nI was lost as the staff was always amazing and I so happy they reopened.nFrom the manager Letieccia down the whole crew are just awesome and are there to assist you just listen……nThank you so much for your service guys.
Excellent service from Rohan who helped me with car washing products. Everything from use to selection based on my requirements. To top it all he made sure I got the best prices. Turned out fabulous! Highly recommended…
We went to Supercheap Windsor for a new car battery. The service was amazing, particularly from the young girl who helped us - she price matched and saved us $50! It was fitted and all sorted within an hour. Too easy!
Bought a car battery from Supercheap Auto Windsor. No issues with click and collect however on your website it states you will replace the battery for $25. So I request it to be replaced and then told it's a super cheap auto policy to not change car batteries for Mazda 3's. I then had to get a refund and go somewhere else to change the battery. What a complete waste of my time & money. This was not the staffs fault, but a stupid super cheap auto policy that was apparently in place.
Had an amazing experience in store today with some wiper blades. All staff were super friendly, especially Ben who gave great advice and was incredibly helpful. Very happy customer.
