Very pleasant people here, nothing is too much trouble for them. had the new battery in and tested within 10 minutes. Car hasn't run this well for a year.

Very disappointed with the customer service experience I had today at Supercheap Auto Werribee.nnI went in to buy engine oil and filters and asked for a price match from another store with a cheaper advertised price. The salesperson appeared to be Indian or Sri Lankan did not seem to properly understand Supercheap Auto’s own price beat policy and told me they only match prices from stores “closest to the location.” He then said I would need to contact customer service myself.nnThis makes no sense because I have successfully price matched many times before at Supercheap Auto stores in Wendouree and Bacchus Marsh, exactly based on the advertised “find a cheaper price and we’ll beat it” policy. I’ve even had Amazon prices matched previously without issues.nnAfter leaving the Werribee store frustrated, I went to the Hoppers Crossing store and they processed the exact same price match without any problems at all.nnThe inconsistency between stores is ridiculous. The Werribee staff member’s attitude and behaviour were unpleasant and unhelpful. Supercheap Auto seriously needs to better train some of their staff on customer service and their own pricing policies.

Great store with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, making it easy to find what you need. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at Supercheap Auto Werribee while purchasing engine oil. The staff member went above and beyond to help me find the correct oil for my vehicle and took the time to explain the different options and price ranges available. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated the extra effort and great customer service. Highly recommended.
