Winona at the Hoppers Crossing store was super helpful and assisted sweetly with my car battery purchase and also helped with the price match. Thankyou.

The store lay out was good, the staff helpful and friendly

Went in store for a price beat on a car battery stocked in a physical store located 30 mins away. SCA cashier said they had to charge for postage as part of the price beat, as the store is not located in Werribee. The online customer service says that a physical pickup should not have incurred a postage charge, but as the matter was in store, they cannot assist. Quite disappointing.

Avoid this store if possible. Very unprofessional staff. Tynika very very rude start touching phone without permission while I was showing my trade discount card. Hoppers store way better than this one.

Outstanding service from Prince today - paid to have my wipers and a brake light globe replaced, asked if it would be OK if I watched as I'm trying to learn how to look after my car. Prince went above and beyond, patiently showing me how to do each step and explaining things in a really easy to understand way, and never making me feel silly for not knowing how. I really appreciate this kindness - it was my first time shopping at Supercheap and I will be a return customer for sure.
