Outstanding service from Prince today - paid to have my wipers and a brake light globe replaced, asked if it would be OK if I watched as I'm trying to learn how to look after my car. Prince went above and beyond, patiently showing me how to do each step and explaining things in a really easy to understand way, and never making me feel silly for not knowing how. I really appreciate this kindness - it was my first time shopping at Supercheap and I will be a return customer for sure.

Sold me a faulty globe, then wouldn’t help me install it when I came back to exchange it. It’s an hour round trip for me to get here, so not very helpful. They said it was ‘too close to close’ for them to do it- it was 25 mins til close, it takes 5 minutes to change a globe. Pretty pathetic customer service.

I went to buy a globe for my car .Tynika the assistant manager . She was very very rude  . I dont know how she is the manager . 0 customer service i dont know i didnt say anything to her because i didnt want to spoil my mood but this is very serious atleast they should know how to respect people and talk to them if they are getting paid ..

My query was solved politely and professionally. I was so grateful and relieved to have someone knowledgeable about powering my products while camping and I got not 1 but 2 service managers!nThey were very patient in explaining how to convert AC and connectors.nMy son also was impressed that they changed out his car indicator lightbulb.nThank you.

Unfortunately I can't give a good review as supercheap do lie and have miss information on there website about headlight fittings and there prices for it, especially for a Subaru. They also are not honest about being able to fit or fix headlights prior to purchasing the light they supply until you arrive at the location to get the maintenance done. Maybe they need to be realistic about the services they provide.
