My partner was advised by staff to get a Century car battery for his particular model of car. Installed the battery, and it didn't work. The store said to bring it back. The manager accused him of frying the battery. He did not do this. He has experience with general car maintenance, etc. No replacement was offered, and the manager kept insisting it was his fault! Terrible service. The battery was not checked before he left the store. Store policy is that items can be easily returned or exchanged. The manager made it clear that this was not the case without any investigation and after her own staff member said he hadn't checked the battery before it left the store. Hopeless customer service!!!
