Supercheap Auto Thomastown, great customer service, Hellal was the employee who gave attention to me and helped me by replacing my car battery because i was having problems with the battery i bought last year from another Supercheap Auto Store, luckily it was on warranty and i had no issues at the store replacing the old battery , very helpful, you got a client for life.
A great place to get all items for basic maintenance of you car. Staff are attentive and guide you to the right spot in the store.
The staff here have no clue of what customer service isnnSlow, clueless and dont really want to helpnnEspecially the dude with long hair, he really needs to be sacked + the bloke with piercings
Had someone hit me and break a bulb on my car. Stopped in to buy a bulb and use a pair of pliers to swap it out front of the store to remove the broken glass to install a new bulb. Not only was borrowing pliers for a 2 second job out of the question, but the staff at the counter made it very clear that if I bought a pair he wouldn't take them back into inventory. Ended up going to Repco and they were extremely helpful. Will be my go-to from now on.
The manager of this store needs to get sacked, she is a horrible human with little to no customer service skills and puts in a piss poor effort into aiding the customers of the store, i am appalled at how i was treated in my recent visit to the store. the manager was acting as if she had something better to do than serve the same people that indirectly pay for her job. I will be contacting upper management about her effort to her job and to our local car parts store, im considering to never come here and start shopping at repco even though it may be an inconvenience to me, i am happy to say she will not be seeing me again at her store. I feel as if im not the only customer who feels the same way and has received a piss poor effort from the store to meet the customers needs and to aid them. This store has a rude and disrespectful manager who does not deserve to be able to operate at the level she is at at this current time. I will be letting everyone i know of my experience at this store and its rude manager. i would give this review 0 stars if i had the option too. Manager needs to be gone.
