If customer service were an Olympic sport, Dean from Supercheap Greenslopes would be standing on the podium with a gold medal and a battery in one hand. I walked in expecting a simple battery purchase, but I left with a new power source AND a trade account, all thanks to Dean’s next-level service.nnNot only did he help me pick the right battery instead of the one I was about to grab, which probably would have powered a toaster, not my car, but he also set up my trade account so fast I thought he was hacking the system. Efficient, friendly, and probably a part-time magician—Dean made the whole process smoother than my car’s engine now that it actually starts.nnSupercheap, give this man a raise or at least his own parking spot. 10/10, will definitely be back—hopefully not for another battery too soon, but just to say hi to Dean.
When I told a team member that I needed to place an order for brake pads and provided the registration number, they asked which type would fit. I mentioned that I wasn't sure and suggested that if they had a mechanic, perhaps they could check and let you know. However, their response was that it’s not their responsibility to check and that I should know. I’ve heard that if you provide them with a registration number, they can tell you the correct part, but in my case, it felt like they weren't trained well and to speak to customers politely.
I’ve visited this store a few times now, and every time, I’ve been greeted the moment I walk in. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and quick to offer assistance, which I really appreciate. I don’t know much about cars and am usually very nervous when needing to buy anything for mine, but thanks to the team here, I’ve always left with exactly what I needed.nnA special shoutout to Matt—he truly went above and beyond by ordering parts for me and installing them. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the whole experience seamless and positive. I found it very reassuring. I highly recommend this store to anyone wanting expert advice and great service.
