I slowly waddled in at 39w pregnant with significant back pain. Approached by a staff member they were initially helpful in selecting new wiper blades for me, explaining they could be fitted. I asked if I could pay before fitting as I’m finding walking extremely challenging, the staff member was only concerned with the fact that they may have chosen the wrong blades and if they had then they would need to process a refund to exchange them. I asked them if they had any idea what it was like to be birthing a baby in a few days, and they just reiterated that I couldn’t pay up front because they might have to do a refund.nnOrdinarily it wouldn’t be far for me to walk back and forth from the car park - store entry- car park - back fitting area - store entry - back fitting area, but today it was really painful and slow.nn5 stars to Alex who fitted my blades efficiently. And no complaints about the register staff.
If you want to be treated like a child who doesn't know anything, great place. If you want your options explained to you, then go elsewhere.nI just wanted new wiper blades, I even detached them and brought them in. Before I knew it they where installing it in the back and I didn't get a chance to ask questions about the price until payment was being processed.nTo top it off, the guy said he was doing me a favour by not charging me the $9 install fee because I brought the wiper blades in myself. Something that was also only mentioned at the checkout.nI'll just travel the extra few km for better service elsewhere from now on.

Easy to find stuff. Staff was super helpfull and knowledgeable. They ll give you a better advice and won’t let you confused or not try to make you buy things for their good. 10x10
