Amazing store with exceptional service, even late in the evening. I had a blown turn indicator bulb, and the team was more than happy to help. The technician in the workshop fixed it quickly and also recommended a brighter set of headlight globes, which I decided to upgrade to as well. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and an overall fantastic experience.
Great store for car accessories and automotive essentials. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find the right products quickly. The store was well organized, and there was a good selection of quality items available. A slightly larger inventory of specialty products would make it even better, but overall I had a very positive experience and would recommend it.
Terrible experience at this specific store. I came in hoping to get some assistance with my power steering fluid. Normally the guys inside will come look at the car and see what it needs but the gentleman at the from explained they weren’t able to do so he was respectful but when I went to the back to confirm with the manager anther worker said that they can not do it and was absolutely rude about it giving me attitude. I ended up going to Richlands super cheap and surprise surprise surprise they were able to help me instead of what the people at stones corner told me. Absolute joke of a place don’t waste you time or money going their
Had a crazy couple of days when my car battery died and I didn’t have my own jumper cables. I knew I needed to get the battery checked and a set of cables too, so I went in 30 mins before closing and a long weekend - the staff were very helpful, alerting me about a sale tomorrow and that I could bring my car back to get the battery checked for free the next day. They were very professional and efficient. I recommend for all things car-related!
Supercheap Auto is a great store with a huge selection of products. I needed a new headlight globe, I was able to buy it in store and the mechanic installed it on the spot for a small fee.
