This was by far a poor shopping experience. I was here to spend money on accerssories for my new car. I wanted a Dash Cam, new Seat Covers, the works. However I wandered around the store for over 15 minutes trying to find someone to help me and there were no staff to be seen. When I eventually had had enough and took a random steering wheel cover to the counter, I told the guy that this is the sort of store where you need people to help, not everyone is a car expert. He told me 3 people had called in sick today. I feel for him and the only other girl at the second register, but its really not my problem if Super Cheap Auto are happy to have zero, yes zero staff in a store the size of a warehouse to help customers. This is becoming more and more of a thing in these giant stores. Packing in so much and no staff that actually are there with product knowledge to help people like me who was prepared to spend money but needed help.
EJ at super cheap auto penriths customer service went above and beyond.nnCalled up today trying to to find out name of a particular part I required. The help I received was so helpful and he did everything he could to try find out the name of the part as I wasn't sure what they're called and stock check. He truly did make every effort he could to help. Thanks again EJ. Customer service like that is hard to come by
I went in first thing this morning, Bianca was so helpful finding me a battery for my ute. She gave me a quick explanation to why 2 batteries were compatible with my car and the differences between the two. This then gave me confidence to make my decision.nThanks Bianca nAnd thank you to team SuperCheap Penrith the rest of my time there was great

Required a replacement headlight globe - went straight to the area and was served immediately. I gave my rego number to the staff member who looked up the correct item number and he went over and picked out the piece required but asked if I needed high or low which I wasn’t sure- he then asked me if I wanted them to change he globe which I replied yes so he asked me to move my car to the service area and Justin would meet me there and he could check and advise which globe I needed. Justin took two minutes to remove the globe and advise I needed low so I went back in made my purchase returned to my car and a few minutes later I was in my car with working lights and on my way home. Great service
