I feel it is pretty expensive, but iv always had a good experience staff have always been super helpful and polite. I went in yesterday and purchased a few items for my car the products were great and I’m very happy! the ladies at the check out both were lovely also! Thank you. I do remember when my child was a new born 5 years ago my husband and I brought a light globe I think! we were parked right at the doors of the shop I have since found out they can help install items my husband had no idea what he was doing and we were there for what felt like forever! it was boiling hot, I had a screaming new born, my husband was getting so frustrated, we had so many people walking past looking at us, the whole thing was just a nightmare it was so horrible! I wish we knew at the time we could have asked for help.nPs. His my ex husband now

I've always experienced excellent service at the Penrith Jamisontown store and yesterday was no exception. A lady who's name I didn't catch helped me with sorting out some degreasing compounds to use on my driveway and she saved me so much time and mucking about. Highly recommended!
I visited this store for a one-off purchase and fitting, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. They took their time with the installation, made sure everything was fitted correctly, and tested it thoroughly to ensure it was working properly. The team were friendly, professional and made the whole experience easy. Prices were competitive as well — I’d definitely recommend them.
This was by far a poor shopping experience. I was here to spend money on accerssories for my new car. I wanted a Dash Cam, new Seat Covers, the works. However I wandered around the store for over 15 minutes trying to find someone to help me and there were no staff to be seen. When I eventually had had enough and took a random steering wheel cover to the counter, I told the guy that this is the sort of store where you need people to help, not everyone is a car expert. He told me 3 people had called in sick today. I feel for him and the only other girl at the second register, but its really not my problem if Super Cheap Auto are happy to have zero, yes zero staff in a store the size of a warehouse to help customers. This is becoming more and more of a thing in these giant stores. Packing in so much and no staff that actually are there with product knowledge to help people like me who was prepared to spend money but needed help.
