Visited - 07/06/2024 - Evening team - 6:30PM - Pakenham Worst manager “guy in the evening shift”nnThe experience I had at Supercheap was highly disappointing. I visited to purchase a new HB3 lamp for my car and inquired about the warranty, which I was informed was one year. I explained that I had purchased the same lamp from Supercheap in QLD within the past year, and it should still be under warranty.nnWhen I spoke to the manager, he claimed it was not their product. I informed him that I had purchased it from Supercheap and that all the details were available in my club membership records. Despite verifying this information in their system, he continued to insist it was not their product. It felt as though he was implying that I was being dishonest.nnThe situation deteriorated further when two other employees echoed the manager’s stance. Even after showing them the product on their own website, they maintained that it was not theirs. The manager's behavior was rude and disrespectful. He could have admitted a lack of experience with this particular lamp instead of dismissing my claim.nnSubsequently, I visited another Supercheap store in Narre Warren, where the issue was resolved immediately. Based on my experience, I would not recommend to anyone.
Dropped to Supercheap Pakenham with a difficult request spoke to Miles . He couldn’t have been more helpful. We worked out a solution and he saved me hours of hunting for a specialised part.nIt was so refreshing being treated with kindness and warmth. I will be back as this Supercheap is now my go to place for all things Auto.
I’ve always had a good experience at Supercheap auto in pakenham.nToday was no different. The staff were helpful and Marcus was able to come and help me install the new rear lights in my car. He was friendly and made the experience really smooth! Thank you again to the staff here.
The team at Supercheap auto went beyond my expectation. We were let down by another store different business and the team helped us finding what we need in a very short time. Thanks to their support we were able to travel as expected - they really save the day!
I wanted a price match for a Kincrome bundle from a different store, but they wanted to find any excuse to dismiss me, first, they said it was not in Victoria then it was only pick-up and not also online, and when I proved my point, finally the manager said it was a different product. The main thing was the huge price difference they charge.
