I personally like the set up next door better where you walk in and there are always some employees ready to find what you are looking for. I pinned a reluctant young guy down for some assistance finding something, he vaguely indicated it might be in a certain eisle, it wasn't, I wondered all over looking and had to go line up at the check out again to ask the guy there, who told me they didn't have any...
Very poor customer experience.nnI bought a battery online to be fitted at the shop, only to be told upon arrival that they were not allowed to install it—something that should have been communicated upfront. I was refunded without issue, but only after processing was I told the money would take several days to return to my account. The woman at the counter was abrupt and dismissive, showing no concern or courtesy throughout the process.nnClear communication and respectful service were both seriously lacking. I won’t be returning.
Went to Osborne Park supercheap with my old oil I had 6 five litres bottles and they said only take 4 bottles and i ask want I should do with rest take it some where else I was not happy very bad service . They didn't care at all. I recommend take your business some where else
Just had the car washed and had NO tyre black so off to super cheap auto. Staff seemed friendly enough and pointed me to the cheap tyre black. Parking would be ok out the front but it is monitored so don’t overstay or you may get tyre clamped. Store was clean, well positioned and stocked.
