I visited Super Cheap Auto to buy oil for my car. After requesting assistance at the service desk, a male worker age 20-25 approached to help me and my boyfriend. Although I answered all questions about my car and what I was looking for, the worker repeatedly directed questions to my boyfriend instead of me, despite it being clear that I was the one purchasing the product. When he brought the oil out from the back, he asked my boyfriend if the brand and price were acceptable and handed the product to him rather than to me, ignoring my presence. This experience left me feeling overlooked and disrespected as a female customer and I will be attending the Repco next door for future purchases.
asked for windshield wipers, quoted the price at $89 for 2. i asked if that was a normal price for wipers, and the lady said yes, but then checked for a discount for me. got them at $53! great service and initiative

The WORST experience I've had in a long time. 3 x young female staff members at the front counter openly ignoring customers who wish to purchase store products, pay, and leave. 1 of them appeared to be on her lunch break, happily chatting away with her co-worker on the register. Received hostile attitude from the young female staff member on the register when she finally served us. I had to ask how much the total was, because she didnt tell me there's no visible screen for the customer to see the total owing. Stuff you would expect as common courtesy at a register was not being provided. Foundational, basic knowledge and ettiquette... advising the consumer what is owing, because this is a transaction. There certainly wasn't any customer service being provided by her.nJoseph, an assistant inside the store did help with product assistance, so thank you Joseph., and I'll give your store 1 star for that only.nAvoid North Parramatta Supercheap Auto. They are not interested in providing a good image for the store, or providing a positive customer experience. I should have gone to REPCO., right next door.
