After finishing work today, I found that my car wouldn’t start at all while on my way to buy dinner. I quickly called a friend to help jump-start the car and searched for the nearest battery shop near Carlingford on the map. I found this Supercheap Auto store. It was already 6:35 PM, and they were closing at 7:00 PM. I drove over, arriving at 6:45 PM, thinking I wouldn’t have enough time to get the battery replaced. However, the friendly staff at the entrance asked about my car model and came out to check it. In just 10 minutes, they replaced the battery for me, even though it delayed their closing time slightly. I’m very grateful for their help.
A fantastic store that has a very hi and professional worker named jean Paul that is always willing to help me with a smile and has lots of high customer service. Always happy to be there for anything I need.
My wiper blades weren’t working and while changing Jean Paul realised it’s not fitted correctly and he just fixed in a minute ! Super worker you guys! Super work Jean Paul
I visited Super Cheap Auto to buy oil for my car. After requesting assistance at the service desk, a male worker age 20-25 approached to help me and my boyfriend. Although I answered all questions about my car and what I was looking for, the worker repeatedly directed questions to my boyfriend instead of me, despite it being clear that I was the one purchasing the product. When he brought the oil out from the back, he asked my boyfriend if the brand and price were acceptable and handed the product to him rather than to me, ignoring my presence. This experience left me feeling overlooked and disrespected as a female customer and I will be attending the Repco next door for future purchases.
Super friendly service. If you can’t find what you need, ask from the staff and they will help immediately.nEasy access from the front parking.
