We purchased a car stereo here before Christmas. Jennifer gave us fantastic customer service, and we can not compliment her enough. She is always happy and extremely helpful. We've always had good service at this store.

Sent my pregnaught wife here to buy 1 litre of oil while I was away as she needed to top up her oil and I assumed they would help her do it in the service bay.nnSalesperson upsold her to a 5 litre bottle and then told her they cannot top up the oil for her. Instead they showed her where to put it and went back inside. Leaving her to try and top her oil up with a 5 litre bottle and no funnel. Which led to oil going everywhere and my wife having a meltdown crying in her car in the service bay.nnStill no one helped her until I called the store and asked for someone to go out outside and help her. Which they charged her for.nnTerrible service.

I got a timing belt kit but it was the wrong size belt, Callum went above and beyond what I thought would happen to try and get it there by the next day, as I needed it urgently. It was only the courier that ruined it. Otherwise great service. 100%. He should get employee of the month...

spark plug tools were ok but the spark plugs Autolite were dreadful as not gapped properly so fuel consumption was up 25% so I had to get NGK from Repco

Decent range of products but don't expect anyone to help you if you have questions. The lady at the front counter was awesome.
