Young man who helped me was so helpful and pleasant. Fitted new wipers for me and explained everything I needed to know. Then the other young man who assisted me at the till was equally nice. A great experience, thank you. Just wish I could remember their names!
I believe the guy who helped me was named Luke. He gave great customer service and precise direction. He was also easy to get along with. Highly recommend asking for his help if you go to the store. 10/10
Spend around $1k in store at the end of 2024 and had $100 credit on my membership card the staff member asked if I wanted to use the credit or save it for another time and I said I would save it for another time… have gone in 2 months later January 2025 to use my store credit and they have told me it’s been wiped because I didn’t use it in time… wish I had be told this earlier as I would have used it last time I was there… what the point of having a membership if what you accumulate gets wiped off every couple of moths…
Amazing service from Justin! He went above and beyond to make sure we found the correct parts battery and headlight. He was professional, kind and super fast! Thank you again for the support and help. Thanks to the advice we could carry on our road trip with the van.
