I picked an order up this afternoon. Part of it was a large bottle of Bowens car shampoo which had leaked right through the bag. It was everywhere. And no wonder, because the items were all laid on their side in a satchel type package and no one had bothered to check the lid on the shampoo. I can't be bothered going back. Just a note for the manager to have a word to the staff to m make sure they pack everything properly - and in an upright carry bag! Total lack of commonsense.
My car's both peaking bulb and headlight bulb were blown.nWent into get this bulbs. Great crew . Not only they were able to inspect and suggest the correct parts but also replaced them.

NO customer service at all!! I simply wanted 2 brake light bulbs!!! Gave my rego and I was told I had to wait for someone to have a look. Was told it was a 2 minute wait. After waiting 15 mins, the guy came in and served the LAST person in line that had NOT been waiting! I spoke up and said I was next, as I had been waiting and was next in line. It was ignored by all staff on. Our family has 3 cars and we get everything from SCA. Not anymore! Won’t ever be coming back!!!!!
I don't think I've ever had better service in my life!! On 2 separate occasions 2 different managers have gone above and beyond my expectations, they were genuine and that's rare these days. Blown away by outstanding customer service, absolutely recommend this place particularly if you know nothing about cars like me. Talk to Michelle she is an absolute legend and will give you sound advice.
