Exceptional, honest customer service from the whole team at Supercheap Auto Nambour today! Walking into an auto shop knowing nothing about cars can be intimidating, especially with three kids in tow, but they made me feel completely comfortable.The young lady at the register was lovely and proactively offered to check if someone could install my headlights right away. Jarvis then took the time to explain the bulb differences, finding the best fit for me without trying to up-sell the most expensive option. He fitted them quickly and professionally. Even the other staff members I interacted with were incredibly attentive and kind. They truly listen to their customers and care about helping. I'll definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone!
