The customer service from Malcom was above and beyond.nI was in a difficult situation and he handled it with care and compassion and had me back on the road to safety get where I needed to go.nI was a bit of a mess when he served me and he was one of the most professional yet caring and compassionate humans. He deserves a raise.
I went to Supercheap yesterday afternoon to pick up a battery that I had already paid for. The staff member who helped me had actually knocked of for the day, but he helped me anyway because the other staff member who was working was with another customer. I just wanted to express my appreciation at the awesome customer service I received :-
Nambour store has a great layout, and central to most hinterland locations. Awesome staff that are happy and friendly two qualities that are hard to find these days, and a reasonable amount of stock levels.
Do not come here for a battery change- unhelpful and unwilling staff.nnI sent my daughter here to have her battery replaced at super cheap nambour as we often utilise their free of charge battery change/ disposal service they provide. They stated there wasn’t any staff until 10am to assist. Staff member Zac arrived early but then stated he would not help her as she was parked on the street her battery was flat. She managed to jumpstart with the battery just purchased and once she made her way to the car park they then stated a it would be $20 for them to change the battery she has just purchased for $365.nAs a customer I am just really disappointed that now instead of a personalised service to help it’s just all about the money here. Lost a longtime customer
Called in today to get some wiper blades , John and Malcom were extremely helpful . They are both an asset to this business. Thank you
