Unsure why some of the staff in here are so rude? I asked a question and some older lady was persistent that I was wrong and then rolled her eyes and sighed at me and asked another young lad who then confirmed I was correct. No need for it especially with the amount of money I’ve spent here. I am always really polite I don’t understand it honestly. And it’s not the first time. Some of the staff clearly need to pull their heads in. going to try the Gawler one instead.
I stopped going to this store as a younger person was very rude to me while buying seat covers... But I recently returned to buy gas struts.nnThere is a female staff member in the parts help desk that is very helpful .. even went to the trouble getting the second one from another store put aside for me , after all you wouldn't replace one bonnet stut dangerous.nnVery down to earth , honest and helpful, even getting another staff member to help her organise the other part from the other store.nnI felt welcome and the staff wanted help ..nnPS I think maybe the rude staff may have moved on and I am now feeling better about returning to this store.
The staff were the most friendly and helpful I have come across lately, my first visit and I am sure it won't be my last.
Robyn was very friendly and knowledgeable. She sorted out our wiper blade issues in no time at all. We were thrilled with the service!
Staff were super freindly - extremely hot day and performed battery test and changeover - Most impressed - Deserve a medal
