I had a very poor experience at Supercheap Auto today 27/08/2025 time 10:10 am when picking up my special order Ref No: 5003410858. Staff member Kathy was very rude and unprofessional during the process. On top of that, I did not receive the $5 credit that the company offers when spending over $100 in a single transaction. When i asked her about this offer then she gave me very rude answer, As a loyal customer, I expected better service and honesty with advertised promotions. Very disappointing experience.
