I am writing to bring to your attention an issue concerning the conduct of two of your customer service representatives, who were scheduled to work before 2 PM. During my recent interaction with them, I observed a lack of courtesy and professionalism in their dealings with customers.nnIt is imperative that all members of your customer service team exhibit proper manners and respect when assisting customers. However, the behavior displayed by the male and female representatives fell short of the expected standards.nnI kindly request that management address this matter promptly and implement measures to ensure that all employees receive adequate training in customer service etiquette. By doing so, you can uphold the reputation of your business and enhance the overall customer experience.
I recently went into the store not long ago to get some things for my new car and as I don’t have a good amount of knowledge the girl worker named Tyler helped me with everything that I needed to get. She gave me recommendations and explained very well about the items I wanted to purchase that I wasn’t aware about. I have gone into the store a couple times and every time I see her working she always has a smile on her face and is always welcoming.
As it was getting close to closing time i called 7mins as i was heading there asked for some sun shades the girl said they have auto till closing at 5pm on the dot? Passed me onto the manager who spoke to me and said as I was out the front of the store that they were closed 5pm. Not sure how true any of this is but we were in need of a sunshade cover for the baby due to emergency long drive required and the sun was very hot still. They couldve had it ready but the way they acted like they didnt know what i was asking was saying bad customer service and only interested in leaving work asap.
Came in to get some batteries checked.nThe young lad David assisted in bringing them in and testing them. After working out that both were dead he took them out back for recycling and jumped onto the computer to find replacements. When none of that type were supplied by Supercheap he wrote down the specific information and dimensions of the battery and gave me suggestions as to where to find them.nGreat service by all the staff.
Came in on thursday night, needed a headlight bulb for my car. I was assisted by daisy, she was extremely quick to help, friendly and she genuinely cared for the subject. love the staff here. 10/10 coming back.
