I went there today for a new car battery.nThe service i got was nothing short of amazing. Quinn was very helpful and lovely,the man who put the battery in my car was lovely too. Definitely go back there.
Extremely helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Competitive price. Highly recommend.
I politely approach a staff member and asked her if she wouldn’t mind showing me where the window washing solution bottles are for filling up washer tank in my car after I had been looking around the store for 5 minutes. She ignored me and I had to ask again I was standing right next to her. She just pointed and kept working filling stock onto shelves and then said ‘it’s right there’. I said ‘oh, I see now, thank you for that’. Like, just blank stares and no customer service what so ever. Cheers for that Super Crap Auto n100% avoiding this place from now on.
It was easter Monday just this year, I just wanted to change my head light bulb. I don't remember who was the guy before. He just got me wrong bulb and didn't want to do service for me.nI went to Richmond super cheap in this morning, they just changed it for me.
I needed the rubber for my windscreen wipers replaced and I needed them installed. a small fee was charged for installation but it was a very quick and staff were very helpful.nnI was having a difficult time with 2 kids in tow both autistic with ADHD and shopping with them can be challenging at best. Staff were exceptionally helpful and explained things clearly to me. They also still made me feel welcomed, despite having the kids in tow, so I would describe my experience as family friendly
