Poor customer service. Was travelling through from down south when a check engine light come on, I called ahead to see if they could do a diagnostic scan, they said they wouldn’t do one because it was raining, to be fair we had had a lot of rain that day but it wasn’t actually raining at the time or few a few hours after my call. I asked if I could come in the next day, got there at opening and had to wait an additional 15 minutes until there were extra staff on. They then served someone first that got there after us, we waiting only to be told they hadn’t charged the device they needed and said we would have to wait another half hour… pretty slack all round ..

If I have ever needed something for my car, Super Cheap has been my go to store.nnThey have a good range of products for your car and 4wd and I like that you can order parts to service your vehicle. Super Cheap also stock high quality products for the exterior and interior of your vehicle.nnThe customer service team is always.nice and friendly.
Terrible service. I waited eight weeks for a product that was supposed to take one. No communication regarding the delay, and every time I called the store they seemed confused about the whole process. Eventually I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else.
Great friendly team and nicely presented shop - Only reason I gave them a 4 star and not a 5 is I purchased the Mothers NuLens Headlight Renewal Kit. I'm very dissapointed with this product - I usally just use a soft cutting compound but it only lasts 3 to 4 months before headlights fade again - I was advised to try this product - Don't waste your money on it - it does not work like its says it does. Disappointed
