Wanted to get a refund for brakepads i ordered through the store Went to desk and give them my number plate and everything still received the wrong brake pads so this is no fault of my own was told i cant without a box, the lady behind the counter was quite rude and had no interest in helping me. According to the ACCC and item can be returned without the original packaging if it is faulty. I would consider this faulty as i was given the wrong pads through no fault of my own.
A staff member refused to assist my partner and I to find an item. We were told quite bluntly by the staff member that they could not help us and that we would have to search for the item ourselves. Poor customer service.
Excellent Service from the ladies who served me and advised me on products and assisted savings as well. I spent over $200 on products, not for me for a change, but to detail and preserve my daughter's car.
Very helpful and a great variety to choose from. I got a new steering wheel cover so that I don’t burn my hands. Heaps to choose from without having to pay a fortune. Also was able to find the exact metallic transfer that was lost when the car was repaired after someone damaged it at Caneland parking. So double score.
Fabulous helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff.
