Had no idea what I was doing about needing a new headlight on my car. Nifty was so nice and helpful and sorted it for me. Rest of the staff at the counter and on the phone were super helpful and nice also. Really appreciated the service today, keep up the great work, will definitely be back.
Special thank you to Ryan! I went this morning to buy two headlight bulbs, and grabbed the only ones I could spot. At the counter, Ryan asked if I was a member, then took me to some other bulbs. They were a better brand, 30% brighter, and on special for members, meaning I spent $20 less than if he'd just let me proceed with the ones I picked. Thank you for being such a decent person, and so knowledgeable and great at your job!
Quite disappointed with the level of service experienced today.nI was in the store for 45 mins and not 1 staff member asked if I needed help. Once at the counter, the person serving was quite rude, not only to myself but other customers who I heard muttering about it on the way out, but she told to go to the service desk, which was unoccupied with no staff around.nI won't come back to this store and on mentioning it to family, they'll be spending their money elsewhere.

The staff are very good, I walked in they helped me find what I was looking for, went out of their way to find the correct product for my car. Brilliant service without a doubt.
