I went to Supercheap to purchase a few items plus some nice plush lambskin seat covers. The staff member serving me I didn't get his name but his Operator number was 23749 NIFTY asked what vehicle I have and he advised to not purchase them as they would not fit properly and quickly sag on the bottom. So, he did not make a sale today but earned my trust and respect. I know if I ask for help or advice, it will be honest and in my interests. That means a lot. That's how you make a loyal customer.
Colin helped myself and my daughter today and was so helpful and polite.nGood old fashioned sevice and advice with a smile.
I was served wonderfully by Hollie at the Lawnton store today. She was very helpful. I ended up getting surprised by a great deal. Thank you to the team at Lawnton, and thank you Hollie!
Colin was absolutely fantastic. Explained and showed me all the features with the sound board. Absolutely priceless piece of sales equipment. Loved being able to see what my new head set does and how my speakers sound with it. Kallangur doesn’t have this so I travelled to lawnton.
I reach the store 5 pm, they have checked battery but said can’t Change because we arenClosing 5.30pm. I purchased the battery , wanted to go home and change it , but my car did not started , I call my friend to bring toolbox so I can change at super cheap, while I was there someone came and the same guy changed wiper for them I told him my battery flat, it just take one minute to change, he said he can’t before 45mins store closer , we are all human and I hope they support the situation like this for 2 minutes, I am a regular customer though, look like they were their mates it’s ok May be I am black, May be he doesn’t care about customers, may be he does not know what is business . anyway I feel really badn
