I’ve attended the Supercheap Auto store in Labrador on multiple occasions and have always had a great experience. The staff are consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. A special shout out to James, who was extremely knowledgeable when it came to four wheel drive and 12 volt setups. He took the time to explain things clearly and provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this store.

Had been here a couple of times, however, this time had some queries and needed some advice with regards to the oil for my Kia Rio.. Tim from the staff was patient and helpful. Truly appreciate his assistance that day. Thank you.

Visited two days ago, and for the second time the lady out the back helped me. She is absolutely amazing — super friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s so nice to go somewhere and actually receive the help you need. Highly recommended.

Customer service ????  They have no idea about service at the Labrador branch.  At least 8 shop assistants doing their diligent best to avoid helping customers.  The staff there need an attitude readjustment.  Perhaps owners should hire older experienced people instead.
