Special mention to staff member Durqa I believe her name was - her review is 5 stars, the managers review and her colleagues is 0 stars. Just needed new wiper blades and unsure what needed replacing. Durqa almost arguing with colleagues because it’s her turn for a break is so unprofessional, 1 colleague and 1 manager. 1:10pm 20/07 this happened. The passive aggressiveness from manager made for such an uncomfortable time, thankyou Durqa for continuing to be happy and positive and help me in literally 4 mins from me entering the store, diagnose what was wrong and give me correct replacement. I hope you’re treated better next time for assisting a customer.

I’ve attended the Supercheap Auto store in Labrador on multiple occasions and have always had a great experience. The staff are consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. A special shout out to James, who was extremely knowledgeable when it came to four wheel drive and 12 volt setups. He took the time to explain things clearly and provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this store.

Just like their name, supercheap sells a cheaper price of almost everything! Glad to found this store when I needed to buy a coolant for my car. Its cheap but quality was good! Not to mention easy way to find products that match with my car and store availability through their website. Awesome!

Visited two days ago, and for the second time the lady out the back helped me. She is absolutely amazing — super friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s so nice to go somewhere and actually receive the help you need. Highly recommended.

Had an unpleasant experience here. One of the staff members was very friendly and helpful towards white customers, but when it came to me Asian, his attitude was completely different. I simply asked what the cheapest wiper blades were, and he didn’t even bother to look into it. The owner should provide proper anti-discrimination training for their staff.
