I had a situation with my car’s battery and went to the Kotara store on the end of the day and even super busy and running the store in only 2 staff, Alex heard my situation and asked me for a few minutes as he would check it for me. After about 20 minutes he completed an outstanding service with the battery replacement. He is the kind on employee that really goes beyond for the clients. There was another couple also giving him a compliment. After this 5star service I was told that the new battery was on sales. Great service, fast and on sales. Amazing experience!
I had a very disappointing experience with Supercheap Auto Kotara. During a battery change on 30 May, a staff member snapped a bolt securing the battery. I reported the issue multiple times and even issued a final warning, but received no solution or responsibility from the store. I have now lodged a complaint with Fair Trading NSW. I expected better customer service and accountability.
Just visited at 12:50pm on 2nd January. 4 staff standing around the service counter talking. Not once during 10 minutes in the store or as we left, were we offered any form of acknowledgment. Worst service ever.
Various car accessories and equipment for camping also available. The best place you will get everything you need for your altar and camping.
The simple job was made simpler thanks to the friendly and skilled staff member who fitted my blades for me.
