Do not recommend this shop ordered parts here with the help of a staff so i can get the right one. It was special order so they told me it would take 2 to 3 days that’s fine but its already two weeks no communication i had to call about it just to follow up they said they were waiting for the other parts and then after 4 weeks we called again they said they still dont have it the next day they call its ready for pickup when i got the part I schedule for a mechanic to install it at home and the parts are wrong and i have to pay the mechanic 150 for the call out anyways that’s fine Ill just get the refund when I got there the lady who was processing the request for refund was very unprofessional instead of refunding she was asking for receipt which was already given to them although we have paper that says we received the parts and we showed the payments on my phone she said that doesn't mean anything its more like she is investigating if we are telling the truth or not imagine waiting for 3 days to 30 days and still get the wrong parts and still have the audacity to say that this one is wrong and this one is correct I just need a refund told me are you telling is we need to improve our costumer service just guess people you were told 2 to 3 days wait never they reach out and it took more than 30 days and you get the wrong ones I don't know about you all but to me thats a big waste of time she didn't apologiZe I guess thats what she is referring to as great costumer service. It wouldn't be a problem of she handled refund request properly and not in a rude manner its like she doesn't want to give my money back
I received the best customer service at this store recently with staff assisting me in replacing blown headlight/brake bulbs in my car. Aaron was so knowledgeable and helpful, I feel so greatful for his exceptional service.
Staff were immediately attentive to my needs, and directed me to the place in the store where I could locate the product I needed. The range was good, and gave me useful choices.
I usually dont write reviews but I've had issues with my car as of late and a suspected battery fault. Aaron was beyond understanding and went above and beyond to help me and tested the battery multiple times & swapped it. Unfortunately there was a different issue going on as well that is yet to be resolved but I've had nothing but amazing customer service today from people who care. I really appreciate Aaron's effort today.
