Very helpful and friendly staff, dropped in to get some parts and was assisted in locating them in store.nnWas able to take them out to my car to confirm they were correct.
Nicole went absolutely above and beyond after having issues with the new trade website.nStock was ordered and was showing in stock at another store. After a phone call saying it wasn’t there, I was told trade would contact me and didn’t. I was left trying to find stock at other stores and found some at Kallangur. The item was put aside and I phoned trade to have the order moved to Kallangur and was told trade can’t do it themselves but it’s being done immediately by another team. Turns out this wasn’t true. Nicole assisted me in the best of her abilities when she had her hands behind her back unable to move the order manually herself and being told that I should make the store call the care team, while they were flat out and a line of customers. Nicole you’re a star for sorting out my order the way you did. Hopefully this feedback gets back to you and your team.
Great service but I was spending a couple of hundred dollars and was bursting to pee so I asked if I could possibly use the toilet and was told no. Kind of wants to make me not go there in future.
