Tom was amazing.. saved me $$$ by fixing my front windscreen wiper issue.. I had a technician come to my house the day before to replace my right wing mirror indicator, And they somehow managed to loosen the fuses to my wipers.. Tom thoroughly went through every single one of them to make sure they were in properly and he fix the issue at the same time with my wipers.. It’s a shame that supercheap don’t replace LED indicators
The girls that looked after us this evening were amazing! Their customer service was unreal and Jessica especially was a god send after a traumatic stressful afternoon! Helped us with our battery replacement and was so lovely. Couldn’t be more grateful for these two beauties Jessica and Lainey who helped us out and went above and beyond Thank you so much
Sent the misso down for a water pump/ pre mixed coolant and gasket maker fella argued with the misses that concentrat was better just add water and he also removed the water pump from the box by the pully tap water has many things in it that is harmful and picking a dry water pump up by the pull could have stuffed it already not to mention he made comments about thewater pump gasketmaker that it won't work with an after market water pump what are they teaching there crew
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. A very good range of products at a reasonable price. Ample parking, and easy to find your way around the store.
Went for a battery replacement after calling and confirming that can do the job, turns out the technician doesn't even know how to open the car bonet and upon checking the battery I was told that it has some extras over the terminal which they can't do. Wasted my time and I had to restart the car which was actually battery dead, went to Batteryworld and they told it was easy install as the extras were just on terminal. Please hire experienced mechanics if you want to list a service that you can take and do.
