Just had my wiper blades replaced by Nifty! Customer service 10/10!! Polite, friendly, professional and so quick!! I was in and out all within 5 mins.nThank you for making my day brilliant Nifty! Highly recommend.nWish you could service my car too as I’m over the car yards.
I made an online order of 10 products in the morning, received a phone call about a stock issue and replacement at the same discounted price around midday, and had a text by the afternoon stating that my order was ready for pickup. I was served as soon as I walked into the shop by a lovely girl, and was on my way within a few minutes. Can't fault that service. And pricing was brilliant.
Rude and unfriendly service. Plenty of other stores willing to help you out and actually listen. Never shop here even if they are Super cheap, customer service is totally lacking in this store.
Great service from staff who know their stuff. Didn't have the wiper refills I needed in stock so they came up with a solution so my car now takes a common size blade. 10/10
