I came in yesterday afternoon at around 16:50pm 10mins before close to get a product for removing self inflicted scratches off my car. I had no idea what to get, so I asked the guy behind the counter I didn't get his name but he was young and tall. He came out and looked at my car and then suggested a product and polishing wheels for me. I purchased them and they have worked wonders! Im absolutely stoked with the end result after spending $47 at your store, and having received a quote to get them professionally removed for $424. This guys attitude, knowledge and respect was brilliant. I really appreciate it! I understand that people coming into stores 10 minutes before close can be quite annoying sometimes, especially after a big day. It didn't phase your staff at all yesterday afternoon, and they had all the time in the world to help.
Just wanted to shout out to the two amazing staff members who helped me solve my headlight/bulb mystery last Friday 30 Jan 2026 at near closing time. The staff were willing, friendly and competent in their job. I am so grateful for their help. Another JINDALEE success story!
I had an enquiry about a car fridge and was fortunate to have the help of Candice in the Jindalee store. She was patient and knowledgeable and was able to provide all the information we needed. I could not fault her service.nnThere was also another young fellow helping lady and he too appeared to be super helpful and his customer was also grateful for the service provided.nnPersonally I thought Candice was exceptional and I highly recommend this store.
Amazing service today on news years day. Josh fitted my battery in under 5mins. Got to the counter to pay, served by Candice, awesome customer service. Original quote was $260 + fitting, Candice asked if I had Supercheap membership trade in of old battery priced check other companies Total price $227. What great service, could not be happier. I dropped in to pick up a new battery and wiper blades for my daughter’s car. The lad behind the counter was fantastic. He was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me all my options and also made plenty of other suggestions too. Didn’t catch his name but he’s a credit to SCA team. Well done, from now on you’re my go to auto parts store.
