I came in yesterday afternoon at around 16:50pm 10mins before close to get a product for removing self inflicted scratches off my car. I had no idea what to get, so I asked the guy behind the counter I didn't get his name but he was young and tall. He came out and looked at my car and then suggested a product and polishing wheels for me. I purchased them and they have worked wonders! Im absolutely stoked with the end result after spending $47 at your store, and having received a quote to get them professionally removed for $424. This guys attitude, knowledge and respect was brilliant. I really appreciate it! I understand that people coming into stores 10 minutes before close can be quite annoying sometimes, especially after a big day. It didn't phase your staff at all yesterday afternoon, and they had all the time in the world to help.
They had what I needed, staff were helpful when I asked but let me figure stuff out myself when I wanted to
This has to be the best Supercheap out there. Always the team are happy and happy to help. There is a lady that works there that is always so genuine and interested in my cars and what I am after, as to the guys who have helped me with getting car parts and paints. Just a added joy to come to this store and spend $$$ with you. Please keep up the kindness
Great place, helpful and knowledgeable staff and I'm always able to get exactly what I need
I dropped in to pick up a new battery and wiper blades for my daughter’s car. The lad behind the counter was fantastic. He was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me all my options and also made plenty of other suggestions too. Didn’t catch his name but he’s a credit to SCA team. Well done, from now on you’re my go to auto parts store.
