Good shopping experience - I knew what I wanted to purchase - lovely lady asked me as soon as she saw me if she could help - I asked where the products were and she took me straight to them! Awesome!
I recently bought the pro rack roof racks and travel pod online through super cheap and couldn’t be happier. Easy process researching online and was delivered in prompt time. Easy to install, strong and sturdy. Very happy shopping experience.
despite the issues i had with what i bought, bruce was very helpful and friendly. however, the other lady i wish id gotten her name was absolutely disgusting. so rude and unhelpful, not just to me but to the customers beside me and to customers on the phone. clearly shouldn’t be working in customer service. i’ll be avoiding her from now on, she didn’t look like she had a uniform on either. i’ve come across her once at the supercheap in south toowoomba and twice at the new one.
I was served by a lady who i beleive was called Lin. She helped me with H7 light globes. Very friendly and quick to assist me proficiently.
I had the engine light come on in my car and the staff member said he could do a computer reading on my car which I thought only mechanics would be able to do. After which we got the Dianostics on the problem and was able to fix the problem with ease and this was handy as we were heading home to the Sunshine Coast. I would recommend this store
