I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I encountered a worker named Carolyn, who was incredibly rude during my visit. Her dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome. It's unfortunate because the service is usually better, but this interaction has left a lasting negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue for the sake of future customers.
It is a pretty good store with a good range. The staff at least make the effort to help, sometimes they don't know a lot but they try to help out.
Great store presentation. Very spacious. Huge range of products. Staff were helpful and very friendly.
Relatively easy to find what you need. However, the managers appear to have a bad attitude, especially regarding the use of headsets. It took far longer than it should have to be served by the cashier not her fault because the managers refused to wear headphones and were not able to be contacted, except by other employees, to authorise a return.
Excellent service. Staff very helpful & willing to put themselves out for you. Products of good quality.
