Just had front headlight bulb replaced. Super affordable and convenient. I want to thank the lady who fit the bulb for me approx 2:20 pm today. She has the most amazing customer service, polite and made me feel like a valued customer. If the manager or owner reading this please thank her for me. You def for yourselves a regular.
Highly recommend this store as a Trade customer in the Automotive industry. The staff were absolutely fantastic at their job, very knowledgeable about their products in store.nThe cashier assistant on that day ‘Ronni’ was the nicest person I have ever been served by out of any Supercheap Auto store in Australia and New Zealand! Very friendly and knowledgeable about all the questions I had.nWill be shopping at this store for the majority of my Automotive needs!nStrangely noticeable thing about this particular day was I didn’t see one male staff in the store at that time. Maybe just a coincidence
I had epic service at this store this evening. While preparing for a drive to Victoria , I noticed last minute that my wiper blades needed replacing. Unfortunately, the only time I had left was after work and the fantastic team here, Shout out to Kimberley & Sierra made sure everything was taken care of and fitted to my car 10 minutes before the store closed. Really appreciate this fantastic service.
Excellent customer service. Thanks to the service desk assistant on November 1st afternoon young lady on the cash register and young man who replaced window screen wipers. They also had a lot of knowledge and were willing to share it.
The manager was really helpful at the Toowoomba-James St store. Her customer service skills and knowledge were amazing. The rest of the team were very helpful with my shopping experience. I would purchase again. I always enjoy going to the Super Cheap stores…. There’s plenty to look at and because everything is well priced, I always leave with more items.
