Went in to buy a head unit for my car, had the money, was told to head to the back to speak to the staff to get the one I wanted because the guy had to serve at the front counter. Got no problem with that young guy, he was doing his job, sorry you lost a sale. The staff members out back i went to see where talking and ignored the stacking group of people wanting help, I waited so long I walked out and i wasn't the first. Poor effort, wont be returning
The manager was really helpful at the Toowoomba-James St store. Her customer service skills and knowledge were amazing. The rest of the team were very helpful with my shopping experience. I would purchase again. I always enjoy going to the Super Cheap stores…. There’s plenty to look at and because everything is well priced, I always leave with more items.
The guys working here are awsome . Product knowledge and service 5 star . Nat got us sorted with a new sony headset . The guy on front counter name? Great attention to detail , thanks Bruce and the team on Sat morning .
Excellent customer service. Thanks to the service desk assistant on November 1st afternoon young lady on the cash register and young man who replaced window screen wipers. They also had a lot of knowledge and were willing to share it.
The lady who served my daughter & I knew exactly where the product we wanted was in the store & she was very knowledgeable & gave outstanding customer service.nWe always find the Toowoomba City store a pleasure to do business with!
