Matt and his colleague went out of their way to ask if I needed help when I looked a bit confused walking around the store and they corrected two of my problems within about two minutes. It was obvious that customer service is a premium at this store. The woman at the checkout was also engaging and friendly and keen to help. On top of that I got my wiper blades replaced in a matter of about one minute and left the store feeling like everything I’d spent was well and truly worth it.
Was assisted by Bruce, a supervisor, he was tremendously helpful and friendly. He helped me through a mix up of my own with new headlights and restoration, providing Great advice on performing the process at a cheaper method. Then when I returned a few days later to pick up a special order I noticed a clearance tool cabinet and got that aswell. Again I was assisted by Bruce, he walked me through the cabinet and helped me load it into my car which given my car and the heft of the cabinet was not a simple task!nBruce is an excellent asset to the Supercheap Auto Toowoomba team!!
Had an amazing experience in haven't had much of that before this was the first parts and tools shop to have a good attitude towards me in a long time
I recently bought the pro rack roof racks and travel pod online through super cheap and couldn’t be happier. Easy process researching online and was delivered in prompt time. Easy to install, strong and sturdy. Very happy shopping experience.
After a terrible experience at another store I was so happy when leaving super cheap with everything I wanted cheaper than expected and more knowledge
