I had SERIOUS problems with my windscreen wipers to the point where i couldnt drive due to the heavy rain. I called close to closing time and they said if i bring it they could assist - they fixed it straight away and even told me a cheaper option as well. 3 different staff assisted me and they were all extremely nice and had excellent customer service - would definitely recommend.
Really dropped the ball at the customer service. They just like to make sure and announce while walk around how wrong are you customers. Person name Ellie just really not professional and should be retrained again for not talking about customers mistakes while walking away from them. We customers accept we are not all knowing people about all things in your shop. That’s why you are customer service there.nIf you are not up for it just replace it with kiosks or something else.nNot returning to this store ever.
The staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, they stick by their price beat guarantee, an item was out of stock, I asked a staff member if they could check the back and without hesitation they got me the item I needed in seconds.
I had a last-minute visit to Supercheap Auto to purchase wipers, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Ula. Despite the rush, she made the entire experience incredibly easy and stress-free. Ula was efficient in helping me find the right wipers and ensured the fitting was done quickly, all without making me feel guilty for the last-minute visit.nnHer friendly and professional attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Went to get my head light and brake light globes replaced and fitted by the staff. Headlight went okay, but it took 4 staff and 1 hour to get my brake light globe replaced.nnAs soon as I got home I noticed the brake light was not working, but was told it has been working while I was leaving. I trusted the staff to let me know as I was the one controlling the lights.nI rang the store not even an hour after I had left to let them know, and they blamed it on being a fuse problem and there was nothing more they could do yet if it was a fuse problem the light would have never gone on in the first place - and it was working whilst it being fitted at the store. The girl who was trying to trouble shoot the light was also shoving a flat head into the socket ?assuming trying to bend the metal??. But who knows could have damaged it more.nnEventually got transferred on the phone to another staff member who said I could come back to get it checked again. But I didnt think it would be worth the trip after it took 4 people and an hour to change a simple light.nnI have since fixed it myself it had nothing to do with the fuse. The light was not in correctly.
