Supercheap Auto Hoppers Crossing is a great store with a huge range of car parts, accessories, and tools at really good prices. The layout makes it easy to find what you’re looking for, and the store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help — whether it’s finding the right product or giving advice on a job. Checkout is quick and efficient, and parking is easy right out front. A reliable, well-run store that makes car maintenance and upgrades simple. Highly recommend!
The staff member who works at the back not the asian guy went out to my car to help me find where the code of my car colour is & then made the colour spray, gave me free advices, he was super friendly and he just made my day very good. And for this reason i will be back.nnWonderful customer service.
went in today to get some seat covers for my car, the lady who helped me in there was so lovely and helped me get two pairs, one of which I had to return for another set as they didn’t fit properly. I then had to return the second set right on 4.58pm after having been in and out for the last hour at least. When I rushed with my daughter back to the door to return the last set so that I didn’t have to come back the following week, I was greeted with a very rude young girl, with long black unwashed hair, glasses and black winged eyeliner who proceeded to tell me that they would not refund me because the tills were closed. I politely let her know that I cannot come back until next Sunday as I work six days a week and would like to just have the refund sorted now and it would have been done during the time we went back and forward about this. I then asked to speak with someone else, to which she said ‘no we are closed’, I then asked to speak to a manager, to which she replied that she but refused to give her name, and that I could not speak to anyone else. I then asked to speak with Ula - to which she looked completely bamboozled ‘you want to speak to ula?’ ‘Yes, please…’ anyway Ula was so kind enough to see me at 5.02pm this Sunday to refund me for the seat covers and save me a trip back next week. Kindness doesn’t cost a cent.
Top service. Floor staff were able to help me immediately despite the store being moderately busy and checkout was easy. They were able to price match and beat repco on the part I needed.
Rang this store to get a quote for wiper blades. Spoke to a rude young girl in the parts section who just spoke over me , told me I had to order the rear blade in and the other front 2 would cost from $45 per blade and upwards, also fitted for $20, this is a job that takes less than a minute. Called another store who had the blades waiting for me in stock at the front desk, not that expensive and got them fitted for free, shitty service and a sale loss from Supercheap,
