I wanted to provide some feedback regarding a disappointing experience I had with the Hervey Bay store.nnI originally placed a click and collect order at the Maryborough Supercheap Auto, but when I arrived to collect it, I was informed that the stock box had gone missing and my order had been redirected to Hervey Bay as there was no stock available. Shortly after, the Maryborough team located the missing stock and advised me I could collect it there instead. The staff member assisting me attempted to call Hervey Bay multiple times to have the order transferred back but couldn’t get through.nnI then called the Hervey Bay store myself and got through instantly. I spoke with a team member named Brianna. I explained the situation and asked if the order could be transferred back to Maryborough. She told me this wasn’t possible, even though the Maryborough team had said it was. Brianna then informed me that if I left the store with the item, I would be “stealing,” which I found quite upsetting and unnecessary. Her tone came across as dismissive and condescending, making me feel like I was doing something wrong.nnShe advised me my only option was to contact Customer Care and cancel the order to repurchase it, something I didn’t have time to do before work. After being on hold for over 20 minutes, I gave up, returned the item, and left empty-handed. Later that day, I was able to make it to the Hervey Bay store to collect my order, and unfortunately, I again witnessed poor customer service from Brianna, both in attitude and the way she spoke to other customers, as if they were the dirt on the bottom of her shoe.nnHaving worked in retail myself for nearly 20 years, I was genuinely shocked by her manner and lack of professionalism. I hope this feedback reaches the right person, as I believe some customer service training or coaching would be beneficial.nnThank you for taking the time to read my feedback.
Thank you to Gavin, we had a battery that wasn’t charging properly and he went out of his way to help us as we didn’t have much time before heading to Fraser. Thank you so much for service and we will be back again.

A great shopping experience at a store that stocks all I need, at great prices. I buy what I see and want, locally, and get it when I want it. I don't have to order it and wait and I don't have to pay delivery fees.
