On a recent visit for LED headlight globes for my aging Mitsubishi Pajero 4x4, I was served by Mathew who was not only a nice guy but he gave me one of THE best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.nHis level of professionalism and his enthusiasm for his job was super impressive! Today I went into super cheap auto Hectorville I was served by a man called Matthew. He was absolutely amazing so helpful. I walked in with a list from my uncle and Matthew got everything I needed and had such incredible customer service skills. Thank you Matthew for all your help!!
I visited SUPERCHEAP on 26th June 2024 around 16:20, expecting to use their price match policy. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. Despite the shop's name, their prices were much higher than Amazon's. The service desk staff were unfamiliar with the price match policy, rude, and unprofessional. One staff member even crumpled a piece of paper angrily in front of me, Twice. Additionally, I was misinformed about the competitor's delivery needing to be within 14 days, which is not a valid rule. This visit was a total waste of time. SUPERCHEAP, please train your employees better and ensure they know your procedures.
Love that I can always come here to get misogynistic condescending comments when I’m shopping for motorbike stuff…nnIt's also super disappointing that when I seek assistance, it's not readily available, and instead met with a dismissive attitude and lack of clarification.
Fortunately, I got what I came for.nUnfortunately the forever grumpy 'karen' who needs a frigging attitude check, fancied herself an argument because I apparently parked in the fitting bay. Note: it does not state that I or anyone musn't park in said spot unless I or anyone is having something fitted. I did say to 'karen' that it doesn't state I can't park in that spot and I proceeded to leave but, she was like a dog with a bone. Do the business a favour and piss her off from your employment as she is damaging it. This is a polite message describing the 5 foot nothing, dark haired, stocky, spec wearing, miserable woman she is. I will not return to the Hectorville branch.. FACT!!
