Went in thinking you were a helpful bunch but when I asked for help both the employees looked down at snapneck speed and avoided eye contact. The tall skinny bloke told me he’d be a second and then warmly welcomed someone else while looking past me. I get that you have regulars and you like them more but when a customer goes into your shop make sure they don’t feel as awkward as I did. After 10 mins of waiting beside him and going back and forward I decided to leave. Was gonna drop like $300 there but if is not worth it in your guys eyes. Cheers. Horrible experience
Great store in the new location, easier to park, even with a trailer, well laid out store, friendly staff & competitive prices.
Did a click and collect, and had my daughter go in to collect for me, the 2 guys behind the counter were more interested in having a chat between themselves than to serve a customer.nWhen they finally did serve her, they were short and rude, no hi or bye, just chucked the items on the bench and walked off.nnvery disappointing
