I made a warranty claim twice for this tool & they asked me if I'm using it for work. I told them yes. They replaced it with a new one but was told that this tool is not suitable for work, just for hobbies.
Love going to this store but got really bad vibes with one of the ladies in the counter today. Was recycling the used oil and just asked her if I get store credit but she said No in such a rude way and gave such an intimidating look without being sure and I said I have got in the past, then she went on to ask the other lady with mole on her face who explained nicely it was part of the promotion. The lady working 12pm on 23/7/2024 either is avid racist or was having a really bad day. Either way she doesn’t fit for customer serving role. Couldn’t even see her name tag otherwise I would have written down.

Staff member Chloe was beyond helpful. I had no clue what part I needed but she searched it up and was able to help. Best customer service I've received. I was in and out of the shop within like 5 minutes.
