Dear Customer Relations Team,nnI am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at your Derwent Park store.nnI attended the store to request a refund for a part I had ordered but no longer required. Throughout the interaction, the staff member serving with the oversized lashes me was dismissive, abrupt, and displayed a clear lack of basic customer service. Despite maintaining a calm, polite, and professional manner myself, I was met with repeated attitude and unhelpful responses.nnDuring the same visit, I asked for assistance with identifying the correct battery for a key fob. I was told to “look over there,” and when I asked if she could assist by checking which battery was required, I was told to do it myself. This response was inappropriate and fell well below reasonable customer service expectations.nnGiven the nature of this interaction, and after reading multiple similar reviews online, I felt it was more appropriate to raise this matter directly with head office rather than the store itself. The behaviour I experienced does not appear to be an isolated incident and has clearly been ongoing for some time.nnI found the conduct of this staff member unprofessional and disappointing. As a result, I will not be returning to this store.nnI trust this feedback will be taken seriously and used to address customer service standards at this location.
I purchased wipers online and went to the store for the installation. The gentleman who installed them was very honest and noticed I had bought an expensive extra product that I didn't actually need. He advised me to return it, and the girl at the counter was very friendly while processing my refund. I truly appreciate their integrity and highly recommend this branch.
I had a great experience at Supercheap Auto. The staff were genuinely helpful and took the time to guide me without rushing. They made everything easy and stress-free, which you don’t always get these days. Really appreciate the service, will definitely be coming back!
Unsure of the gentleman's name, but having directed me where to find the correct battery for my key fob, upon me being unable to unscrew the casing, he went through every tool in his box to get the damned screw out for me this wasn't me being an idiot - that screw had been forced in tight!. This was done for free and without complaint. I honestly would have paid him for his time if I could have.
Excellent service. They were happy to price match a very good price i had from online so you can't ask for anything else. Very impressed.
