I bought a set of wipers for my BMW a few weeks ago that weren't performing as expected. I went back to Supercheap Auto Glen Waverley today, and the team was fantastic.nnThe sales staff not only helped me troubleshoot the issue but also suggested a much better, alternative set of wipers. They happily processed the return of the old set and, most impressively, went above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible price on the new ones.nnThis is a perfect example of great customer service. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend this store!
The customer service and environment at SuperCheap Auto Glen Waverley is utterly incompetent and seriously unprofessional.nnI went to SuperCheap Auto to get a suggestion to buy a compatible switch for my LED light extension because the switch provided in my kit doesn’t fit into my dash correctly.nnThe clerk at the time, Darcy, on multiple occasions refused to provide any form of support because he had ‘things to do’, and repeatedly stated that helping me was ‘not part of his service, as [he was] not an auto electrician.’ He refused to look at it in real life, and instead attempted to make my simple request even more easier for himself, and therefore asked me to bring a photo instead.nnTo be honest, I was shocked as how would you be able to tell the dimensions of my switch from a photo?nnBecause I wanted to be fair, I asked him to maybe bring one of his other employees to take a look at my car if he couldn’t do it himself, but he refused upfront and said that he ‘doesn’t want to.’ When I asked him for the reason why, he again cynically stated that he would not send his employees out ‘because [he] doesn’t want and need to’.nnIsn’t your job as a clerk to help me? Instead, we can deduce that SuperCheap Auto clerks are mostly cynical and rude.nnIt’s sad to know that even the environment is changing from what used to be really nice, and on top that the abundance of lazy clerks.nnI am utterly disgusted by Supercheap Auto, Glen Waverley.nDo not go to this store.nnAnd honestly? In my best interest to you,nnBeware of the clerks.
Amazing quick experience at this store. Saw an item i was interested in buying online, and the legend of a worker Alex had given me a lot of advice and personal experience using some of the accessories I could use. Would return again to get some of them!
Great experience shopping on my own for the first time at a car store! The store manager Preet was so helpful in getting me exactly what I needed to give our old car a glow up. Thank you.
I got what I needed and remembered a few more things as I saw them so a good trip with nothing missed out or not in stock. Cool staff, very personable still at the end of a long sale day!
