Ok we all hope that when we go into a business they will do the right thing by us.nThese boys especially Matt are out of this world for customers service.nMan I hope the boss reads this because you are very lucky to have such conscientious and customer focused staff.nWell done boys I will be back again.
I came in on Friday to get my brake light replaced, it’s the first time I’ve had to get this done. The staff were super helpful, prompt & the technician also showed me how to change it for future as it’s pretty straightforward. On top of that was super cheap and I was quoted a ridiculous price by a mobile mechanic. Would highly recommend.
Thanks to Mitch of Supercheap Glen Waverley for helping to fix one of my rear light indicators today. It was not an easy task but he went above and beyond to get it done. Great customer service. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
I went in to get some Wiper blade replacements, and unfortunately the one on the screen search in store didn't have stock. The young fellow at the counter advised the Bosch ones were also compatible, so we got them. Easy and good advice. Thanks team!
